CNESST/SAAQ

Have you had a workplace or car accident? Are you looking for treatment options? We are here to help.

Physiotherapy

Do you have a medical prescription for rehabilitation sessions?

We support you throughout your rehabilitation, from the beginning of your treatment to your return to work and daily activities. We take care of the administrative procedures with the CNESST and the SAAQ, as well as submitting session reports and communicating with your doctor. There are no costs for you to cover.

Your physiotherapist will conduct a comprehensive and thorough assessment to identify areas to focus on. A personalized treatment plan will then be explained to you, based on the results of this assessment. You will actively participate in discussing the goals of your rehabilitation, respecting your preferences and decisions.

Your treatment will be adapted to your progress, using personalized techniques that include a manual therapy approach and active functional exercises. We address various types of pain, including those originating from muscles, joints, ligaments, or injuries related to heavy loads.

We will provide advice and recommendations to help you return to work under the best conditions when your physical condition allows.

In the case of a car accident, neck and back pain, whiplash, or injuries caused by seat belts are common. We ensure careful follow-up and tailored treatments to facilitate your return to activities and work.
