Perinatal osteopathy is recommended for pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy) and postpartum after childbirth. Your body undergoes or has undergone significant changes\u2014physical, morphological, postural, and hormonal\u2014which can lead to various types of pain (muscular, ligamentous, or visceral) throughout the body.<\/span><\/p>\n

While the most significant changes occur in the pelvic region, your entire body adapts to the increasing weight of the growing uterus over the months. Whether your pain is musculoskeletal (lower back pain, neck pain), inflammatory (tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome), circulatory (heavy, swollen legs), or general (nausea, constipation, shortness of breath, fatigue), Marion can provide relief using gentle, manual techniques tailored to your body’s needs and the stage of your pregnancy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

During the postpartum period (after childbirth), Marion will help relieve pain related to childbirth (lower back, pelvis) and muscle tension accumulated during pregnancy (lower back and glutes). She will also ensure a proper return to good posture (now that the uterus has returned to its normal weight) and support you in resuming professional and\/or sports activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marion is a French osteopath with five years of study. She has additional specialized knowledge in pregnancy and postpartum care, thanks to her training, internships, and expertise acquired in France and Quebec.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
